Whether you join us for a few days or the full week, you’ll enjoy expert-led sessions, nourishing food, time to unwind, and the company of like-minded women — all in the stunning setting of Telfit Farm, a renovated Georgian farmhouse nestled in the heart of Swaledale.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Our venue, Telfit Farm, is a beautiful, spacious, and cozy Georgian farmhouse surrounded by wild moorland and sweeping views. With luxury rooms, modern comforts, and nature on the doorstep, it’s the ideal place to retreat from the rush of everyday life.

All activities are optional – this is your retreat, your pace, your space.

All meals are lovingly prepared in-house by our private chef, Natalie Firth. Expect vibrant, seasonal dishes to fuel your body and soul — with all dietary needs catered for.

Who are the camps for?

Anyone! I am a big believer in making training fun for all, you don’t have to be training for anything in particular or a triathlete to come along to a camp, but if you are great – see you there!
