Working with a passionate coach can allow you to reach performance levels that you never thought possible. I can make you accountable for your training, help you through the times when the going gets tough, and help you to keep progressing!

I plan structured, detailed session plans that carefully progress and adjust as you improve. I also have a limited number of in person coaching available at my studio in Tadcaster.

This program is perfect for those wanting to start out or be competitive in endurance sport such as Triathlon, running and swimming. This is a tailored service for you, for your goals and your time availability to train. No one plan is the same.

Your sessions will be uploaded onto the coaching platform TrainingPeaks which allows 2-way feedback, constant contact and enables me to review and assess each of your sessions.

Following a detailed consultation and goal setting meeting you will be provided a detailed plan including:

All this for £150 per month

Please note all online Endurance plans require a minimum of 3 months commitment. I limit the number of athletes I work with at one time, so I can offer the best support for you – there is no availability right now, but get on the waitlist and I’ll let you know when a slot becomes available.

From there we will work through a training program using weights… squats, lunges, single muscle isolation work, HIIT training, you name it, we’ll do it.

Working on your strength as an athlete has so many benefits. These sessions are 60 minutes, focussed on movement with weights. Prices start at £50 per hour.

Fitness tests use the Wattbike Atom – an incredibly accurate tool that measures power output, heart rate, and pedalling efficiency to identify your true training zones and guide future training programmes.
 
Alongside this, a head-to-toe movement assessment examines your body’s strength, mobility, and movement patterns to identify any limiting factors such as mobility restrictions or strength imbalances.

Tests & Assessments are £85 each, or book both for £155.

If I do an online programme, what equipment do I need?

No need to go out an invest in a home gym, but if you do have some weights at home or access to a gym, then great! We’ll work with what you have, which we cover in the consultation session.

Of course! Working on your health and fitness goals, doesn’t always have to be for an event – it can just be to feel better in LIFE.
