Join us for a truly restorative experience in one of the most beautiful corners of the UK. We’ve teamed up to offer not one, but two transformational wellness retreats in May 2026 — designed to help you rest, reconnect, and reset in nature.

Whether you join us for a few days or the full week, you’ll enjoy expert-led sessions, nourishing food, time to unwind, and the company of like-minded women — all in the stunning setting of Telfit Farm, a renovated Georgian farmhouse nestled in the heart of Swaledale.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Our venue, Telfit Farm, is a beautiful, spacious, and cozy Georgian farmhouse surrounded by wild moorland and sweeping views. With luxury rooms, modern comforts, and nature on the doorstep, it’s the ideal place to retreat from the rush of everyday life.

All activities are optional – this is your retreat, your pace, your space.

All meals are lovingly prepared in-house by our private chef, Natalie Firth. Expect vibrant, seasonal dishes to fuel your body and soul — with all dietary needs catered for.

Front Crawl Swim Technique Day Camps

Join us for a full day dedicated to improving your front crawl technique — combining expert coaching, video analysis, and time to unwind in nature.

These small-group day camps are ideal for triathletes, open water swimmers, or anyone looking to feel more efficient, powerful, and confident in the water.

SWIM. BIKE. Run. CAMP

April 24-26th 2026, Low Costa Mill, near Pickering

Join me for 2 full days of triathlon training and expert coaching. 

Each day we will have structured sessions with expert coaching across Swim, Bike & Run. Throughout the stay we will have exclusive us of the onsite pool and lots of open space, ideal for training and recovery.

Strictly limited to 12 athletes, you’ll get lots of time to train and relax with like-minded athletes. The perfect start to 2026 event season.

low costa mill tri camp

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Nestling in ten acres of woodland & pasture, Low Costa Mill is set in a stunning, rural location, with the mill stream gently flowing along the boundary of the estate.  The cottages retain many original features, such as exposed beams & brickwork, making it an ideal venue for our tri camps in the peace & tranquillity of the countryside.

We’ll have use of the onsite pool and the open grounds for relaxing. Each cottage has a living room and kitchen, so you’ll have plenty of space to chill out after a busy day training.

Price includes 2 nights stay, continental breakfast & home cooked evening meals, expert coaching and use of facilities. Arrival Friday 24th April 3-4pm, departure Sunday 3pm.

Who are the camps for?

Anyone! I am a big believer in making training fun for all, you don’t have to be training for anything in particular or a triathlete to come along to a camp, but if you are great – see you there!
