My approach is always to understand your needs and goals and create a tailored plan from there. Take a look at my programmes and packages below. I have created them from years of experience of what works to get results when you’re training around a busy life.

These training programmes are packaged up for any athlete wanting to unleash their potential and see results fast.

My training programs are fully tailored to each athlete. Our first session together is a detailed consultation allowing me to get a deep understanding of your training needs and goals. We will explore your lifestyle, fitness levels and mobility to set clear, measurable and achievable goals for the weeks ahead.

In both the Ultimate and Premium Programs, we will carry out an extensive movement assessment to ensure we know where you might have any limitations and of course areas of strength. We will also complete a full fitness assessment using a Watt Bike Atom; an amazing piece of kit to really test your fitness level and establish your peak training zones.

All programs include access to the TrainingPeaks app which offers a centralised hub that lets you plan, track and analyse your training all in one place. You can merge data and workouts from your favourite devices and apps to watch your fitness progress in real-time. 

Combo Packages

These packages offers the combination of face to face strength and conditioning plus a unique program for each individual depending on their goals. This package offers the ultimate support.

Endurance Coaching Programs

This program is perfect for those wanting to start out or be competitive in endurance sport such as Triathlon, running and swimming. This is a tailored service for you, for your goals and your time availability to train. No one plan is the same.

Working with a passionate coach can allow you to reach performance levels that you never thought possible. I can make you accountable for your training, help you through the times when the going gets tough, and help you to keep progressing! I plan structured, detailed session plans that carefully progress and adjust as you improve. Your sessions will be uploaded onto the coaching platform TrainingPeaks which allows 2-way feedback, constant contact and enables me to review and assess each of your sessions.

Single Discipline Program

Ideal for those who are training for endurance sports such as Open Water Swimming or Running events.

For athletes it’s the perfect complementary package to ensure you are getting your strength and conditioning training in alongside other training plans you already have in place.
