From a young age, sport has been at the heart of my life. My passion for it started early, growing up in and around the water, competing in swimming as a youngster, and eventually finding my way to triathlon. The thrill of pushing my physical limits drove me to pursue a degree in sport, health, and wellness, giving me a solid foundation of knowledge. But while education gave me the science, it’s my life experiences that have truly shaped me into the coach I am today.

Overcoming challenges, navigating different stages of life, and facing adversity have given me a unique perspective as a coach. I’m not just training bodies—I’m supporting the whole person, and I understand how life can test motivation, confidence, and self-belief.

One of the most formative parts of my journey was my 15 years working as a police officer. Shifts were tough, unpredictable, and physically demanding, but the emotional and mental resilience I developed during that time taught me a lot about overcoming obstacles. I learned how to connect with people, understanding that everyone’s battles are unique. That understanding built the foundation of my coaching philosophy—empathy, adaptability, and belief that anyone, no matter their circumstances, can achieve.

Life didn’t stop throwing challenges my way. I’ve navigated the highs and lows of having children, the emotional toll of a difficult divorce, and the balancing act of raising two energetic kids while transitioning into a new career. These experiences brought me closer to the reality that life is rarely straightforward, and that sometimes the hardest part is simply showing up, especially when it feels like you’ve lost yourself along the way. I’ve been there—I get it.

Now, as I move into a new chapter with the trials and tribulations of perimenopause, I understand more than ever how life can affect both body and mind. It’s a phase that challenges your energy, motivation, and self-identity, and yet, it’s a reminder of how resilient we truly are. This fuels my passion for helping others rediscover their potential, no matter their ability or goals.

In my coaching, I specialize in swimming, strength, and endurance training, but I believe in a holistic approach. Currently, I’m diving deeper into the world of yoga and well-being because I know that physical health is just one piece of the puzzle. Wellness is a balance of body, mind, and soul, and I’m excited to bring this broader perspective to my coaching. Combining swim, strength, endurance, and yoga allows me to offer a more complete, rounded approach to helping people thrive.

If you’re looking for a coach who understands the challenges of life beyond sport and who believes in your ability to achieve, I would love to help you on your journey. Whether you’re aiming for a personal best or simply trying to find yourself again, I’m here to guide you.

Currently, I’m taking a waiting list for 1:1 and strength training sessions. Get in touch for a chat—let’s start your journey together.
